CALL, WORKSHOP

The HDA – House of Architecture is a network partner in the EU-funded programme LINA. The association of 27 European cultural institutions and event platforms promotes young architects and creatives from Europe and offers them an international platform within the network. Within the framework of the LINA Call for Projects, young talents can apply and, after a preliminary selection process, participate in exhibitions, biennials, lectures, workshops, publications, etc. throughout Europe. The deadline for applications is September 12, 2022

Atelierrundgang – zu Gast im Architekturbüro

Architecture influences all aspects of everyday life. The Architekturtage (Days of Architecture) – Austria's largest event for architecture and building culture – allow every two years an intense examination of this topic as well as a look behind the scenes of architects' creating spaces. Through various formats, architecture is made accessible and the view of their everyday quality sharpened.

The HDA was part of the Future Architecture Platform from 2015 till 2021 – the first pan-European platform for architectural institutions, festivals and producers to discuss and communicate ideas for the future of architecture and our cities to a wider audience.

Conference

One conference in two cities, one conference in one region, one conference with two topics: OMC Closing Conference / Austria and ECAP European Conference on Architectural Policies / Slovenia in the context of the Slovenian presidency of the EU 2021. The Conference took place in Graz and Maribor and the region in between from 6th to 8th October 2021. Registration required, no fee!

The Dietrich Ecker Research Scholarship is to promote scientific works and documentations that deepen knowledge of Styrian architectural history in the 20th and 21st century in a national and international context. The scholarship is awarded annually by the House of Architecture. The winner is chosen by a jury. Deadline of application for the Dietrich Ecker Research Scholarship 17/18: 1st of September 2017
