Stefan Devoldere: Designing (through) Policy

As former State Architect of Flanders and current city architect of Ostend, Stefan Devoldere has helped local municipalities and government institutions to develop a framework for their architectural and urban projects. He will talk about the tools of the Team Vlaams Bouwmeester, the exhibition “The Ambition of the Territory” that was shown at the Venice Biennale in 2012 and his work at the coastal city of Ostend.
